About Programme

About the Program

In an increasingly data-driven business landscape, managers must make timely, evidence-based decisions to remain competitive. However, the growing complexity and volume of data often make it difficult to derive meaningful insights. This three-day programme equips participants with practical skills in data analytics, visualization, and business intelligence to transform data into actionable insights. Through hands-on exercises and real-world business cases, participants will learn to analyze datasets, create interactive dashboards, identify trends and performance indicators, and communicate findings effectively. The programme enables managers to leverage data-driven decision-making across functions such as marketing, finance, operations, supply chain, and human resources.
