About Programme

Now entering its landmark 25th batch, the Creating High-Performance Organisations programme continues its legacy of helping leaders build organisations that achieve sustained excellence and create long-term value for all stakeholders.

Organisational excellence is a concept that goes beyond financial performance. Even when financial performance is included in assessing the success of organisations, the focus is on sustained, long-term performance rather than short-term gains. High-performance organisations pursue and achieve excellence from the perspective of all stakeholders, including employees, communities, and society at large.

Building on the experience and insights gained from numerous successful batches, the programme is designed to make participants aware of the need and possibilities of creating high-performance organisations that meet the aspirations of all stakeholders, and not just shareholders or owners. After establishing a framework for addressing these diverse needs and aspirations, the programme focuses on the strategies required to achieve excellence from the perspective of employees and society.

Programme Content

The topics include organisational effectiveness, structures and processes for excellence, organisational culture for excellence, corporate social responsibility, and corporate citizenship behaviour, coaching for excellence, building and leading high-performance teams, and decision making to support high performance.
