Coach Mentoring for ICF Credential

Coaching

About Programme

For many coaches, mentor coaching begins as a credential requirement. The most valuable outcomes, however, often extend far beyond accreditation.

At Henley, we believe mentor coaching is one of the most impactful developmental experiences in a coach's professional journey. Through expert feedback, reflective practice and rigorous exploration of real coaching conversations, you'll gain deeper insight into how you coach, strengthen your professional judgement, and increase your confidence in working with clients.

Led by Suzanne Hayes-Jones , an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) with more than 20 years' experience as a coach, coach mentor and facilitator, the programme combines the support required for ICF credentialing with meaningful professional development.

Whether your goal is achieving or renewing an ICF credential, preparing for the Coach Knowledge Assessment, strengthening a coaching recording for submission, or simply becoming a more effective coach, this programme provides the challenge, feedback and support to help you move forward.
