Over five immersive modules in Lausanne, Zurich and Basel, all scheduled over extended weekends (Friday to Sunday), you’ll work through real board cases, engage with experienced chairs and directors, and strengthen your understanding of core governance duties – from oversight and risk to finance, strategy, and board effectiveness – all within the Swiss and European context.

Throughout your journey, you’ll refine your board identity with executive search guidance, build a compelling board CV, and strengthen your visibility with the people who influence appointments. You’ll also learn alongside a carefully selected cohort, building relationships that support you well beyond the classroom.

By the end, you will have earned an internationally recognized 10-ECTS CAS, fostered a trusted network, and crafted a unique board USP that sets you apart.
