CEO Academy brings together CEOs and senior executives for candid, confidential conversations on the challenges and opportunities shaping today’s business environment. Anchored by an immersive two-day summit, the experience extends throughout the year through virtual Executive Sessions, small group discussions, and ongoing opportunities for peer exchange. Participants engage with accomplished executives, Wharton faculty, and other leading experts to explore emerging issues, challenge assumptions, and gain perspectives they can apply to the decisions facing their organizations.

CEO Academy is designed for CEOs, C-suite executives, board leaders, and other senior business executives responsible for consequential decisions across their organizations. Discussions examine the forces shaping business at the national and global level, making the experience particularly relevant for leaders with enterprise-wide responsibility for an organization, business, or major function.
