Understand key accounting and financial concepts.
Acquire an overview of the three main financial statements (the balance sheet, the income statement, and the cash flow statement).

Unit 2: Financial analysis, ratios, and return on invested capital
Learn how use ratios to evaluate company performance.
Discuss managerial implications of financial analysis, for example, when dealing with customers and suppliers.
Unit 3: Risk, return, and weighted average cost of capital
Examine the relationship between risk and return.
