About Programme
Behavioral event Interviews BEI) help assess whether a candidate has the necessary competencies to fit your workplace. It helps evaluate a person’s skills, knowledge, and behaviors and does not leave the interviewers with abstract answers. It provides an interviewer to determine the potential of the interviewee.
