Building leadership excellence, celebrating individuality, and cultivating community are key ingredients to success and the focus of the Asian Leadership Program curriculum. The rigorous curriculum is thoughtfully designed to help participants gain new skills, insights, and approaches to grow as leaders and accelerate their careers. Participants will be learning in great company with a highly qualified and motivated global cohort of leaders and world-renowned faculty from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Through faculty-led lectures, small-group exercises, guest speakers, plus daily reflection and application of concepts, participants will enhance their leadership competencies and develop their own unique and authentic leadership style. The curriculum explores how identity and culture can be a source of strength offering valuable insights for leaders navigating todays global business environment.

This program offers opportunities to reflect on how cultural experiences influence leadership style providing practical strategies to become a more effective, authentic communicator, motivator, and leader.

A transformative learning experience is even more powerful when shared with others who are invested in mutual success. The week-long experience goes beyond the classroom, creating meaningful connections that continue to provide value long after the program ends.
Throughout the on-campus experience, participants will connect, share experiences, and learn with and from their cohort of peers. Heres a glimpse of some of the immersive activities participants will experience during the Asian Leadership Program.
Informal gatherings outside of the classroom
are built into the program experience. Each morning, participants have the option to join their peers for morning fitness sessions designed for every level and ability. For those who miss the workout, there are plenty of opportunities to connect during evening receptions and over healthy and delicious

. Each day, participants come together in small groups to reflect on classroom learnings and discuss how to apply new concepts to real-time leadership challenges. These sessions provide a space to exchange insights with peers from diverse industries, functions, and geographies helping participants broaden their perspectives and deepen their understanding of leadership dynamics..
Building interpersonal trust
is a key component of effective relationships both personally and professionally. The curriculum explores proven methods for fostering connection, encouraging open dialogue, and creating exchanges that lead to mutual understanding and stronger collaboration.
