About Programme

Where Ethical Leadership Meets Organizational Wellbeing

This programme explores the critical intersection of organisational ethics and employee well-being in high-performance environments. It addresses how sustained pressure, burnout, and cultural dynamics can erode ethical decision-making and impact mental health. Through the LEMS Framework and contemporary psychological safety principles, participants learn to build leadership approaches that integrate integrity with performance. The programme equips leaders to identify systemic risks, design ethical governance structures, and foster cultures where well-being and accountability coexist. It enables organizations to move beyond compliance towards value-driven leadership and sustainable performance.
