Programme Content
The course is structured across 11 modules over 5 months, moving from AI foundations to practical deployment. The programme begins with AI Foundations & Strategic Landscape 2026, where participants understand the current AI ecosystem, frontier models, reasoning models, and ROI measurement. It then moves into AI Design Thinking, where learners use AI for research, ideation, persona creation, prototyping, communication, and decision-making. The third module introduces Software & Systems Thinking with Vibe Coding, helping non-coders understand how software works and build applications using tools such as Bolt.new, Lovable, v0.dev, Cursor, and Replit Agent. The programme then covers Agent Building Foundations, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agent anatomy, memory, tools, and decision loops. Further modules focus on No-Code Automation and Chatbots, Voice Agents and Custom GPTs, and Agentic Automation through Claude, ChatGPT. The later part of the course covers AI-powered digital marketing, AI for business productivity and knowledge work, AI ethics, DPDP, governance and risk, and finally a Capstone Project, where participants build, deploy, and present a real AI product, workflow, chatbot, automation, or agent system relevant to their business or professional domain. Immersive program: An optional short duration immersive programme for participants at IIT Bombay campus for presentation, interaction with faculty, and exposure to AI design and innovation ecosystem - for interested participants.
