Welcome to IE'S AI for Functions- a strategic learning experience designed to help leaders understand and shape the impact of Generative AI across business and society. Beyond tools, it explores how AI transforms leadership, decision-making, and human collaboration.

Participants will dive into how generative AI is reshaping decision-making, operations, and innovation across industries. The experience begins with a shared foundational module — Foundations for AI-Driven Transformation — a challenging and thought-provoking conversation that encompasses all the opportunities that AI brings as a technology that transforms all collaborative spaces to generate an enriching debate space that precedes the different tracks of AI for Functions.

From there, professionals join one of the four specialized tracks tailored to their sector: Finance, Law, Marketing, or Human Capital. Over three intensive days, participants will connect strategic vision with responsible innovation, discovering how AI can enhance foresight, creativity, and ethical governance. Each program delivers a hands-on, industry-specific deep dive into real-world applications of generative AI, combining expert-led sessions, practical tools, and case-based learning.
