About Programme

About the Program

The recent advances in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) have opened a new frontier in enterprise automation and decision-making. Moving beyond simple chat interfaces, Agentic AI, where LLMs act as autonomous agents with memory, tool use, and planning capabilities, is transforming how businesses operate, strategize, and engage customers. This 5-day online Management Development Program (MDP) is designed to equip professionals with the conceptual clarity and hands-on skills needed to harness the strategic impact of Agentic AI and LLMs. Through real-world case demonstrations, prompt engineering exercises, and live walkthroughs of tools like Copilot Studio, LangChain and AutoGPT, participants will learn how to design, evaluate, and deploy intelligent agents that augment decision-making and automate complex workflows across functions such as marketing, supply chain, retail, and executive strategy. This initiative helps to develop autonomous AI agents for solving complex business problems across both code-based and no-code platforms, empowering users with diverse technical backgrounds to design, deploy, and scale intelligent business solutions efficiently.

Programme Objective

The program aims to enable participants to:

  1. Understand the evolution and capabilities of generative AI, LLMs and agentic AI models, from GPT‑4o to GPT‑5.5, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Copilot Studio and multimodal LLMs.
  2. Design autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.
  3. Differentiate between traditional LLM use and autonomous agents, exploring agent architectures, memory, tool invocation, and self-reflection loops.
  4. Develop effective prompt engineering strategies for zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought interactions tailored to enterprise needs.
  5. Design LLM-powered agents for real-world use cases in marketing, operations, retail, and executive decision support.
  6. Evaluate enterprise AI stacks like Copilot Studio, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI and AutoGPT for building autonomous workflows and integrating with business systems.
  7. Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector database solutions to build organization-specific AI knowledge systems.
  8. Assess governance, compliance, and ethical challenges in deploying autonomous Agentic AI systems in enterprise environments.
