About Programme

The Agentic AI for Entrepreneurs, Corporates & Professionals is a 5-day intensive hybrid programme by IIT Bombay for professionals, business owners, founders, consultants, and decision-makers who want to build and deploy AI agents for real-world business use cases. The programme is designed for participants who may not have a coding background but want practical exposure to the latest AI agent tools, no-code platforms, RAG systems, automation workflows, and deployment methods. The programme includes 3 online evening sessions and 2 full-day offline build sessions, totaling approximately 25 hours of training, demonstrations and guided practice.

Programme Content

The course is structured to move participants from concept to implementation in a step-by-step manner. The first day introduces the foundations of AI agents, including how large language models work, what tokens and context windows are, why hallucinations happen, and how prompting differs from structured agent design. Participants also learn about RAG, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and understand when a business use case needs a knowledge base rather than simple prompting. The second day focuses on the building blocks of agentic systems, including MCP, tool integrations, short-term and long-term memory, and no-code agent builders such as n8n. The third day introduces major AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemma, helping participants compare them based on privacy, cost, capability, and suitability for different business needs. The fourth day is a full offline build day where participants use platforms such as n8n, Make.com, RAG tools, and agent builders to create a working prototype. The fifth day focuses on guiding the participants on deployment, production readiness, safety checks, error handling, demo preparation.

Programme Benefits

HANDS ON FACILITY:
The training program has a strong hands-on component, especially during the two offline days. Participants are not only introduced to tools but are guided to use them for their own use cases. They will work with platforms and tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Gemma, Pinecone, Botpress, n8n, Make.com, Ollama, LM Studio. The hands-on sessions include building a RAG-powered chatbot, preparing a knowledge base from documents, connecting AI agents to external tools, creating automation workflows, testing prompts, adding human approval points, and preparing a live working demo. During the offline build days, faculty members and teaching assistants support participants through build sprints, troubleshooting, peer feedback, and demo preparation. By the end of the hands-on sessions, every participant is expected to have a functional AI agent prototype that is relevant to their own business or professional context.
