About Programme

Why attend Agentic AI: Business Implications and Applications?

Agentic AI represents a fundamental shift in how intelligent systems operate within organizations, moving from reactive tools that respond to prompts toward proactive systems that anticipate needs, plan actions, and execute complex workflows autonomously. Consider the difference between a GPS that responds to a question about a route and a self-driving system that monitors conditions, adapts in real time, and arrives at the destination without constant input. This is the distance organizations must now prepare to navigate.

This program bridges strategic insight with hands-on application, grounded in the premise that we are entering an era of AI-driven enterprises where intelligent agents function not merely as tools, but as teammates embedded in the organizational fabric. We equip business leaders with the strategic frameworks and practical capabilities required to lead this transition responsibly.

Over several interactive days, participants move from foundational understanding to actionable strategy: clarifying where agentic AI creates value, designing pilot initiatives with appropriate safeguards, and constructing deployment playbooks that integrate risk, governance, and scaling considerations.

Testimonials

"Excellent content and outstanding instructors. My only suggestion for improvement would be the schedule. The content is very dense and I would suggest to do not leave all the hands on activities to the afternoon."

Ana Flavia P

"The course was thoughtfully designed to make agentic AI approachable and practical. The hands-on exercises gave us the opportunity to build agents to solve real-world business problems, which was invaluable. I especially appreciated how the course compared managing humans with managing AI agents. They are more alike than you might think, particularly when it comes to setting clear goals, providing context, defining guardrails, and evaluating performance. Most importantly, we didnt leave with just new knowledge. We walked away with tangible action plans for how to put agentic AI to work in our own organizations."

Emily K

"The class is enjoyable, we learn a lot."

Irman R

"The MIT team is clearly at the forefront of integration of agentic AI into industry. This course was very informative and relevant. I was able to take the learnings from the course and apply them immediately to my day to day as well as to advise the leadership team on how to best integrate agentic capability into the organization going forward."

Michael M

"I came to this program already working with agentic AI, so I expected confirmation more than discovery. I left with a long list of things to build. The on-campus format is what makes the difference. There is a level of immersion here that an online program simply cannot reproduce the sessions themselves, the conversations that carry on over coffee, and above all the people. Working through the material alongside teammates from all over the world, each one bringing a different industry and a different set of constraints, was as valuable as the content. The idea I brought back to Madrid most clearly is that governance and security are not a final checklist in agentic AI they belong in the design from the start. That shift alone has changed how we approach our own projects. If you can do it in person, do it in person. And Cambridge and Boston are a beautiful place to spend a few days doing it."

Salvador V

"I came in with high expectations, and this course still managed to surpass them. It's one of the most practical, hands-on courses I have ever taken. In class, we built AI agents based on a case study. The templates and framework they shared gave me the scaffolding to build my own AI agent for work after the course so I left with skills and resources I could use immediately. Paul and Paul complement each other extremely well as instructors, and the course strikes just the right balance between theory and practical application. I also learned a great deal from other participants, adding another valuable dimension to the experience. I would 100% recommend this course."
