This highly practical module leverages the CAS simulator, covering topics such as value-based healthcare models and complexity science, and also looks at the key area of sustainable healthcare. DELIVERING IMPACT
This fully online module will focus on the advantages of creating social and business value and leveraging opportunities for growth, without losing sight of the organization’s values, purpose and goals. You’ll learn about two strategic planning methodologies—Scenario Planning and the 3 Horizons Framework—to understand the key political, economic, environmental, social and technological forces that shape the world and inform strategy accordingly. You’ll work on your own projects and attend remote classes in which you’ll explore distinct impact cases focused on unlocking innovation in healthcare. These include a study of the Patient Innovation Project, a nonprofit platform that connects patients and caregivers and allows them to share solutions.

LEADING STRATEGIC TRANSFORMATION
