About Programme

Over the course of two weeks of in-person instruction, participants will work directly with faculty, engage with guest speakers, and connect deeply to the campus through a curated series of events and experiences. The residential format creates space for sustained dialogue, peer learning, and relationship-building beyond the classroom—fostering a strong cohort of senior HR leaders who continue to learn from one another long after the program concludes. By stepping away from day-to-day demands, participants are able to fully immerse themselves in the learning and reflect thoughtfully on how to apply insights within their organizations.
